MY mommy works their

I am very thankful for the staff and drivers at Turtle Bay. They are very professional and caring. My son received the help he needed. As much as he denied at the beginning that he needed to be there, at the end he realized how much help they actually were. He now misses the staff and students, but because of the help he received he is now able to return to school and cope with the stressors at school a whole lot better.

Thank you all very much for helping my baby

absolutely horrible environment for anyone, especially children. my son was sent there because the [horrible] school system in kalispell couldn't be bothered to try and work with him-he is high functioning autistic. after several years of therapy, we just found out that they would lock him in a room with no lights if he acted up during class. I thought that we as a society had moved beyond treating people with mental/emotional/physical disabilities like criminals/animals. everyone there should be charged with abuse, the facility should be shut down, and the hospital-KRMC-should be made to pay for the distresses their facility has caused.

I feel the staff would do whatever they can for families to help them get the best out of the program. Extra kudos to the drivers that pick up and deliver the kids every day. They always had a smile and were very accommodating to work with.

My son went to Turtle Bay and it helped him so much. I am very thankful for the staff for helping him.

Turtle bay provided a bridge for my son to get to a much better place in his life. He had to do the work, but they helped him achieve life skills, coping skills and communication skills that are making his life better in all of his social circles and with his family. I am beyond thankful for the helpful, skilled, positive, encouraging staff that helped my son see that there are reasons to live each day to the fullest. Like anything, you get out of something what you put into it. I'm glad that the staff set the bar of expectations high enough for my son to desire achievement, but not so high that he couldn't reach it! Thank you, for your part in making all of our lives better. Peace.
